Alteryx Developer

As an Alteryx Developer at Master-Works, you will play an integral role in transforming our data solutions and analytics capabilities. You will design, develop, and implement Alteryx workflows to streamline analytic processes, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, and visualization. Your expertise will help drive decision-making across various business units as you create actionable insights from complex datasets.
▪ Design and develop robust Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation and analysis processes.

▪ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

▪ Continuously improve existing workflows and processes by applying best practices in Alteryx implementation and data visualization.

▪ Utilize Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server, and other associated tools to manage data pipelines and perform complex data manipulation tasks.

▪ Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets used for reporting and analytics.

▪ Work with various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs, to create a seamless data environment.

▪ Stay updated on the latest Alteryx features and functionalities to leverage new capabilities for improved data analysis.

Education 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

1) 2+ years of experience as an Alteryx Developer or in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

▪ Proficient in Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server, with a solid portfolio of developed workflows demonstrating your capabilities.

▪ Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and integration with Alteryx.

▪ Knowledge of SQL to query databases and manipulate data effectively.

▪ Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes, emphasizing an understanding of data warehousing concepts.

▪ Experience working with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

▪ Knowledge of data quality and data governance practices.

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

▪ Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

▪ Knowledge of Python or R is a plus for advanced analytics capabilities.

▪ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

▪ Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

▪ A proactive approach to discovering opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in analytics workflows.

▪ Strong understanding of Agile and collaborative development practices.

▪ Experience in a multicultural work environment is highly valued.
