T&E corporate cards simplify the overall business travel experience enabling centralized payment anywhere, offering card holder services, facilitating expense management and reporting for the corporate accounting teams. T&E cards are massively used across the world for +60% of total business travel spendThe T&E corporate card Director is responsible for delivering best-in-class T&E card services and value proposition to meet the needs of corporate travelers and corporation buyers (i.e. travel managers, accounting teams, procurement teams) as well as T&E partners and fintech partners.The T&E team is looking for an individual who will be the lead of the T&E card products including card-holder services and value-added corporation services. The Director job mission includes shaping and leading a new vision for T&E card service aligned with new market dynamics and customer expectations. The Director will ensure that stakeholders from the regions, from other product teams such as Smart Data and In-Control platforms and from D&S are unified for the products vision and will collaborate with their productYour primary competencies include concept ideation and solution design, defining and managing the customer journey, hypothesis testing through prototypes, feature articulation and user flows, interaction design, and optimizing the in-production experience.ResponsibilitiesLEAD• Product vision and strategy with the various stakeholders for card-holder services, reward programs and consulting services to Corporations• Product value proposition and narrative for clients• Provide direction and mentorship to team members• Exemplify values and champion culture priorities• Create and nurture growth and development opportunities for team members• Identify and attract top talentDESIGN• Define the T&E card offering including understanding customer problems, validating ideas, and designing experiences that solve their problems• Build product roadmap with engineering teams• Define go to market with the different regions and marketing in partnership with D&S• Manage complex initiatives to ensure overall success, including scope, resourcing and timely quality deliverables that meet stated goals• Create standards and enforce cohesiveness and alignment of T&E product vision against those standards• Drive discipline of leveraging design and experience patterns across programs and products and sponsors new patterns• Approve deliverablesCOLLABORATE• Collaborate with D&S product management, engineering, and other cross functional partners to ensure consistent, cohesive, and quality customer experiences• Serve as prioritization and escalation contact across design initiatives and primary point of contact during planning processes and with the regions• Host product experience design workshops and reviews, participate in sessions with partners including clients and create opportunities for team-wide collaborationSkills• Product management and Consultative selling• Communication skills and partnerships with stakeholders• Decision making and leadership skills including presenting to senior management• Innovation mindset and market driven analysis to build the best offering• Ability to execute on strategic direction and coordinate with team members• Experience in user research methods• Experience in Loyalty programsEducation/Experience• Management of people and projects required• 15+ years of experience in Payment• 15+ years of experience in the T&E industry is a plus as well as in Loyalty card programs• Degree in Product Management and Marketing, Solution Sales, or in relevant fieldsMastercard is an inclusive equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
