What We Are Looking For:


The Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO will play an integral part in coordinating the day to day activities for the CEO/CFO. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented and enjoys working within a fast growing, rapidly changing environment that is mission-driven and people-first. The ideal individual will be both strategic and tactical, a right hand partner for the CEO/CFO, have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

 

What You Will Do:


  • Support the CEO/CFO to ensure seamless execution of plans and avoid scheduling conflicts
  • Lead and manage the CEO/CFO calendar, setting meetings, and arranging travel arrangements
  • Periodic support of certain personal tasks for the CEO/CFO, including setting personal appointments and running ad-hoc errands
  • Set executive meeting agendas and attend them to take notes and identify action items and follow-ups
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with our EA team to ensure large scale meetings and processes are executed seamlessly
  • Provide strategic administrative and project management support
  • Ability to manage Executive events/offsites and book travel
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in CEO/CFO’s internal and external network; represent CEO/CFO in a professional manner
  • Prioritize conflicting obligations and needs, independently and proactively carry out projects to completion on tight deadlines
  • Operate with a strict level of confidentiality & discretion
  • Manage and contribute to special projects as needed  

 

About You (Requirements):


  • 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced, team environment
  • 4+ years partnering with a CEO or C-Level executive
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Confidence in making decisions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Technology proficient including Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • Self-motivated and highly reliable
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

The salary range listed is for NYC/CA/WA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.

MasterClass’s salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. In addition to salary, we also offer equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and more). The range listed is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

$137,000—$165,900 USD
