Position Summary:
The Talent Partner - Employee Relations and Engagement (TPERE) is a dedicated advocate for employee success, focusing on creating a supportive work environment that emphasizes retention, development, and well-being. In partnership with assigned campuses and departments, the TPERE supports employee relations, performance review coordination, engagement efforts, and ensures HR policies are applied fairly, transparently, and consistently. This role empowers leaders to address HR matters with a focus on employee advocacy. The TPERE also serves as a primary contact for HR inquiries and provides essential HRIS support and data analysis with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. This role reports to the Senior Director of Talent Strategic Initiatives.
