Senior Full Stack Developer (Laravel/ JS)

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for developing and scaling a large, complex SaaS platform used by hotels globally. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, passionate about clean code, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy new product features that drive business growth
• Lead end-to-end development for new initiatives, from concept to launch
• Contribute to the architecture and design of full-stack enterprise B2B software
• Ensure secure, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, performance issues, and edge cases
• Optimize the platform for security, scalability, and reliability
• Continuously improve internal development and deployment processes
• Stay informed on modern technologies and contribute fresh ideas

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing modern web applications in PHP & Laravel
• Experience building and maintaining SaaS products
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices and security principles
• Backend development expertise with PHP (Laravel)
• 3+ years of frontend experience using Vue.js or React.js
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining code quality
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with hospitality software or operations
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and multi-tenant architecture
• Background in AWS, including automation, monitoring, and securing cloud infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD, observability tools (e.g., Datadog), and mock testing
• Exposure to data-driven testing platforms and tooling
