Material Handler - Forklift Operator - Logistics

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks using a forklift, hi-lo, pallet jack, and walk behind
Move materials and parts around the plant to help support production
Help inspect and prepare parts for shipment.
Build kits for production to create parts
Performs daily checks on equipment and materials
Help maintain and manage inventory

Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently
Must be technically inclined to run equipment
Must be skilled at using a hi-lo and/or forklift
Must be able to use a crane/hoist to lift multiple different sized parts

Criteria for all production positions:
Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Must have reliable transportation
Must be reliable and have good attendance
Must be flexible in work functions
Must be able to work weekends and OT on minimal notice
Must be able to read and write English
