Responsibilities
Ensures materials are received from proper vendors, that they are delivered to inventory, and that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner.
Reviews receipt of all materials to ensure purchase orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct.
Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
Ensures materials are available to meet production schedules and/or products are shipped as per marketing schedules.
Reconciles transactions and inventory discrepancies. Establishes and maintains ISO documentation.
Understanding of HTS and ECCN codes.

Qualifications

Must be proficient in using Oracle (ERP Systems).
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel for daily logs filing.

Must be proficient in the following:

Forklift/electric pallet Jacks.
BOL’s / domestic/international shipping using (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
Placing calls for pickups, talking to vendors, calling back to track down shipments.
Using hand tools (hammers, electric drills, wrenches / screwdrivers etc.).
Shipping and receiving, storing, and / or inventory of materials and finished goods.
Providing shipping & receiving updates on a weekly and / or monthly basis for inventory for shipping materials (boxes, shrink wrap, containers, etc.).

Requires:

3 - 5 Year's Working Experience with Oracle (ERP Systems) performing order processing / data entry / sales-purchase orders.

Education:

High School Diploma preferred but would consider GED
