As a Material and Procurement Planner, your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless supply chain by estimating raw material needs, communicating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring the procurement process. Your key responsibilities
- Estimate Raw Material needs based on forecasts
- Forecasting communication to supplier according to Buyer’s guidelines and Purchasing strategy
- Requisition analysis & issue PO to selected supplier(s) according to Buyer’s guidelines
- Supplier’s PO confirmation checking
- Sample request from selected suppliers and management/follow-up with QC
- Monitor PO until reception and QC approval

You bring
- University degree or equivalen, 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in inventory management and supply chain planning techniques
- Detailed understanding of materials replenishment planning concepts and their role in supply planning
- Detailed understanding of how a supply plan is generated and managed
