HR Business Partner
Maven, the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive people programs and initiatives for organizational growth.
Skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable recommendations
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive people programs including performance management and organizational development
- Partner with functional leaders to understand and address business opportunities
- Provide proactive coaching to leaders on various people-related topics
