Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of five Individual Contributors
Drive performance and growth of global Book of Business
Define operational metrics and track performance
Gather and leverage customer feedback to drive enhancements
Manage client escalations and build client relationships
Represent client success in new business discussions

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher
