Senior Director, Client Success (Strategic Team Lead)

Maven is seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead the Strategic Client Success team, managing high-growth accounts and driving performance, growth, and advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of five Individual Contributors
  • Drive performance and growth of global Book of Business
  • Define operational metrics and track performance
  • Gather and leverage customer feedback to drive enhancements
  • Manage client escalations and build client relationships
  • Represent client success in new business discussions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
