Focus is on providing consultative-level compensation services: designs pay program(s) and practices to meet the organization’s needs, creates business processes to bring program(s) and practices into operation, collaboratively completes job evaluations/market pricing, large scale department reorganizations, and equity reviews. Participates in projects and leads large scale project work. Uses advanced Excel skills to perform and present complex compensation data analytics.This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.This position is 100% remote; can work from anywhere from the U.S.QualificationsBachelors degree in human resources, business, or related field. Five years of related experience required. Compensation specific experience and certification preferred.
