Salesforce Functional Analyst
Role purpose, accountabilities, experience, knowledge, and skills
This is a permanent role reporting to the T&DS Data Office owner.
The T&DS Salesforce Functional Analyst connects with Business team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through Salesforce technology application.
The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, strong analytical and project delivery process and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.

Your role will involve connecting with our Business teams to decipher their methodologies and translate those into powerful solutions via Salesforce technology. We’re looking for someone with a rich understanding of Salesforce platforms and a knack for project delivery. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet compliance with standards, conducting robust tests, managing documentation, and supporting all levels of application maintenance. If you’re driven by problem-solving and have at least 3 years of experience in functional analysis, particularly in Salesforce CRM systems, we’d love to meet you! Conceiving improvement strategies and managing vendor integration tasks will also play a significant part in your day-to-day responsibilities.
