Founders Associate (Growth)

Summary of the Role:

As Founders Associate you'll work across the company, with a strong focus on building our Go To Market engine from 0-1.

This is a unique opportunity to join as one of the first non-engineering employees of a well-funded startup building at the intersection of generative AI and security. You'll take the lead on all things growth. We are pre-launch meaning you'll have the opportunity to build things from the ground up and to have a huge impact on the company.

It's the perfect role for a talented generalist who wants to fast-track their route to leadership or has ambitions of starting their own company one day.

Your Contribution:

  • Build the GTM Engine: Work closely with our co-founder and CEO to build the entire sales & marketing engine from the ground up.

  • Grow an Audience: Create a multi-channel content and event strategy that conveys our message to a growing audience.

  • Generate Pipeline: Work with automated tooling to deliver smart inbound and outbound playbooks to generate pipeline.

  • Deliver Growth Strategies: Hypothesise and deliver innovative new strategies for driving growth.
