THIS POSITION WILL START THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL 2025


PLEASE READ PRIOR TO APPLYING: This position is part of the Functional Center of Excellence Program (FCoE) at MCA Connect. As part of this program, you will complete 12 weeks of training. Training will be done both onsite and remote. Approx. 6 weeks of training will be onsite in our Denver office (weeks will be spread out across the length of the program).


Training is paid at your regular, salaried pay. After training, you will be full-time remote with domestic travel up to 50%. The job description below specifically refers to your duties and responsibilities AFTER the training period.

Title Dynamics 365 Associate Consultant – Supply Chain

 

Location Virtual, home-based office

 

Description

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Associate Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Associate Consultant is responsible for assisting with the configuration of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules as well as assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions. They will be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. They will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires up to 50% travel.


Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction 
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules including but not limited to Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, & Inventory Management.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis 
  • Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary 
  • Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels internally and externally 


Required Qualifications
  • Documented experience working with Dynamics AX or D365 F&O Supply Chain Management/Trade & Logistics modules
  • Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment.
  • Strong industry experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
  • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid Driver’s License


Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Dynamics 365 (AX) implementation experience
  • Procurement, warehousing, planning work experience preferred
  • Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx
  • Azure DevOps experience
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP


$90,000 - $130,000 a year
PLUS Uncapped Supplemental Compensation (Bonus) paid quarterly
