That’s why our benefits program supports your physical, emotional, mental and financial health, with an emphasis on work/life balance.• Real rewards for real work: We offer generous compensation packages that recognize hard work and excellence.Job Description• Prepare time sensitive client reporting letters for various U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) submissions• Assist with invoicing and expenses including foreign associate invoice intake process and saving files to the Firm’s document management system (DMS)• Collaborate with IP Specialists to open new client matters• Maintain client files within the DMS including uploading, organizing and archiving documents• Review various USPTO communications for accuracy• Upload/download trademark-related documents, correspondence, and data to and from client systems• Save incoming notices and correspondence, saving and/or archiving in designated folders• Prepare and file various forms and filings with the Trademark Office• Assist with client deadline reminders• Assist in performing trademark searches• Update and maintain the daily docket• Collaborate with IP Specialists and Paralegals to file new case formalities and case maintenance, both US and ForeignJob Specifications• High school diploma• At least two (2) years of related work experience• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Ability to learn new concepts and skills quicklySuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.Target Hiring Range $55,000 - $74,000Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
