As the Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) for Corporate Development you will be part of the Global Learning & Development team during a period of unprecedented innovation and transformation, within Global People Modernization. With a long-standing commitment and investment in Learning and Development (L&D) and our Hamburger University brand combined, paired with critical transformation occurring, this role will help is a key builder to further evolve and accelerate learning and development of our people as an imperative for our business growth across the McDonald’s system.
This role reports to the Director of Learning & Development, Global Corporate Development, and will need to closely partner with the enterprise stakeholders and the Global People Team to achieve the goals. Within this role you will support and partner with the L&D Director for Global Corporate Development on the strategy, planning, and execution of the talent development strategy and global learning programs for the critical business functions worldwide. You will collaborate with functional leaders, segments, markets and team members to build talent that can deliver against the needs of our rapidly changing business and customer expectations. The purpose of this role is to develop key capabilities and enable cross functional collaboration across the system and support the restaurant and customer experience of the future. In this highly visible and critical role, you will ensure the programs meet rigorous expectations and are aligned to the strategic priorities of the function and the business.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130/ per year
