Job Description

Join McDonald’s Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations (GTIO) team, where we deliver modern, reliable technology that supports how McDonald’s works every day. Our mission is to create best-in-class experiences through foundational technology services, including Global Networking, Cloud, End User, and IT Service Management.

We’re looking for a Technical Product Analyst to join the End User Infrastructure and Operations (EUIO) team. In this role, you’ll help shape how employees experience our technology services across the globe. You’ll partner with product owners, designers, and business partners to understand user needs, improve our systems, and create consistent, user-centered experiences.

You’ll report to the Technical Product Owner for Portal Services and User Experience, helping turn ideas into real solutions that make work simpler and more intuitive for our global workforce.

What You’ll Do

  • Help defines the product roadmap, aligning milestones and outcomes with team goals.
  • Support the design and implementation of digital experiences that are engaging and easy to use.
  • Conduct user research to understand problems, capture feedback, and translate insights into action.
  • Work with multi-functional teams to develop personas, wireframes, and prototypes based on user needs.
  • Guide user testing to ensure product quality and usability.
  • Help develop clear, concise documentation to support product design and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product teams to make sure the final experience reflects UX best practices.
  • Track user experience metrics, continuously improving our platforms and tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, and bring creative ideas to the team.
  • Proactively identify risks, support issue resolution, and share regular status updates with collaborators.
  • Lead or support service issues and enhancements, ensuring smooth experiences across platforms.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140-$125,130 per year per year 
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical product or service delivery roles.
  • Knowledge of UX standard processes, user research, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to turn sophisticated ideas into simple, intuitive user flows.
  • Experience leading product implementation, issue customer concern, and collaborator communication.
  • Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Experience in software development, engineering, or technical product management preferred
  • UX/UI experience designing for both web and mobile platforms is a plus
