This position requires a self-motivated individual who will manage the full cycle recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to extending offers, along with the ability and enthusiasm to build effective processes and progressive recruitment strategies for MCG. We are currently seeking short term (6 month contract) Talent Acquisition Partner to support urgent recruiting needs across different departments.What you'll achieve• Manage MCG'S full cycle recruiting, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to engage the best talent.• Collaborate and closely guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.• Develop deep engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.• Maintain Talent Acquisitions data integrity across internal and external systems.What we're looking for• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience across all facets of the business.• Demonstrated technical sourcing ability• Previous experience in healthcare or technical recruiting.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects, requisitions, and candidate relationships.• Proven background using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard-to-fill technical roles.Pay Range: $36.88/hour - $48.59/hourWe embrace diversity and equal opportunity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
