OverviewBuild the FutureDo you want to impact educators and institutions around the globe? At McGraw Hill, the Marketing Campaign Manager will drive pipeline generation for our K-12 Sales organization in our Northeast and Central Atlantic Regions, through integrated marketing campaigns.How can you make an impact?The Campaign Manager position will work to design integrated marketing campaigns focused on targeted states and accounts. You will be responsible for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs – including account intelligence gathering, demand generation and awareness, reputation support, and sales enablement. The Campaign Manager will also be responsible for sampling strategies and GTM campaigns. This person will be focusing on Northeast and Central Atlantic territories to support sales goals by working closely with our District Managers.This is a remote position, and candidates must be located within the United States. This position may require future travel – roughly twice a quarter.What you will be doing...• Partnering with sales leadership to identify key accounts, determine and prioritize key account needs, and build and maintain a key account campaign program.• Create and manage the state microsites by understanding the market in the state and then working across multiple groups to develop and maintain an effective site.• Working cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, regional (field) marketing, relationship marketing and marketing operations to establish campaign workflows.• Act as an extension of sales bringing the voice of sales to internal discussions• Identify metrics to measure campaign activities and provide performance analysis• Work with national marketing to have an understanding of the programs and the components to see how it impacts sampling• Stays updated with national campaigns to see if states should be included or excluded based on state adoptions• Produce weekly reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.We’re looking for someone with…• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field highly preferred.• 3+ years in a Marketing, Demand Generation role.• Experience with Marketing Automation Tools and Technology.• Ability to keep collateral update in SharePoint for campaigns• The ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and other stakeholders.• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors.• Strong process-orientation and problem-solving skills.• The ability to translate business requirements into action plan and deliverables.• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.The pay range for this position is between $82,150-$92,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered. Click here to learn more about our benefit offerings.McGraw Hill recruiters always use a “@mheducation.com” email address and/or from our Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS.
