McGraw Hill is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide professional learning services and overarching supports to clients who purchase Professional Services specifically around our Achieve3000 web-based literacy solutions and ALEKS web-based math solutions. Candidates should reside in the Charleston, South Carolina area.
This position is remote and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is between $75,000-$90,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual incentive plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
