How can you make an impact?
As Director of AI for our Higher Education group, you will lead the team of AI researchers and data scientists who provide technical and scientific leadership for some of our most important strategic efforts in Higher Ed. Under your leadership, this team will deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to help McGraw Hill create and deliver world-class instructional and assessment experiences. You will think strategically, respond tactically, and act pragmatically; you will balance grand roadmap and gritty reality. You will report directly to the Chief Data Science & AI Officer of McGraw Hill and collaborate with colleagues across functions like Product, Engineering, and Innovation.

The pay range for this position is between $140,975 - $200,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
