The Community Partnership Development Specialist at MeBe will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy designed to drive our strategy of ensuring that clients get the services they need. This role is critical in establishing a community outreach program and identifying business opportunities by establishing referral partnerships. This position requires a strong blend of fostering relationships, promoting our services,leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the autism services industry.

About What You’ll Work On
Develop and implement comprehensive sales prospecting and business development strategies to achieve organizational growth targets for ABA, Speech and OT service lines.
Identify community organizations that are aligned with our mission to explore potential growth partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with potential partners to identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and joint initiatives.
Represent the organization at meetings, events, and partner sites arriving early to set up for meetings and events to raise awareness of our services.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders (payors or community agencies) and engage them in the value of a MeBe partnership.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data (activity, needs, satisfaction) to identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth and potential markets for expansion.
Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement effective outreach initiatives and strategies to increase membership.
Identify where improvements can be made and provide feedback to leadership to develop strategies to optimize operations, building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
Develop and strengthen key business development relationships with both internal and external stakeholders that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the organization and foster new connections.
Develop and launch a Community Outreach Program in current markets, and develop a clear playbook for replication in new markets.
Identify new service programs which may include other service delivery environments (in district placement) or programs (Early Intervention, Counseling, etc).
Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:
Work with leadership and marketing to develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that enhances the organization's brand presence and visibility in the market.
Partner with marketing to create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones – raise awareness and drive engagement.
Utilize market insights and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
Provide sales enablement tools and materials to support the team in effectively communicating the organization's value and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related degrees
5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing and business development
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the healthcare industry, required
Strong background in business development and marketing leadership within the healthcare industry, with a focus on behavioral health, preferred
Proficiency with Canva, Meta and other marketing tools
Strong organizational and project management skills
Impeccable communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform decisions

Pay: Salaried, $60,000 - $85,000
