• Understands automation equipment and processes
• Able to develop equipment specifications
• Equipment cost estimating
• How to layout an automated manufacturing/assembly system
• Understand:
  • Highspeed automation (under 2 second cycle times)
  • Machining
  • Cold/warm forming
  • Stamping Forming (deep draw experience desirable)
  • Heat Treating
  • Wash Systems
