You will be responsible for strategy development and needs assessments. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing, prioritizing and assigning work for a team of five Talent Acquisition Consultants. In this role you will take action to ensure that Talent Acquisition Consultants are building strategic relationships between teams, departments and to help achieve business goals.Candidate ExperienceUnder your leadership, your team is responsible for gathering requirements and developing hiring plans that meet candidate needs throughout the hiring lifecycle often for critical, complex, high level or high-volume candidate searches. Your team enhances the candidate experience at all phases of the relationship by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate. Your team will be developing mitigation strategies.Data Analysis and Hiring PlansYou analyze relevant data and trends to provide insight and set plans to meet hiring goals. You connect data to cross-organization goals and lead conversations across groups to address broad hiring issues.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of six years of professional level experience in Human Resources including one year of supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration or a related field.
