Our team is seeking for an experienced registered nurse (with AHPRA registration) to deliver goal-directed, early intervention tele-health services including care planning, health coaching, and support coordination with a highly engaged patient population. We are looking for both 12-month fixed term and permanent full-time employee. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly as the role can be hybrid working arrangements.
