THE OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Full Stack Developer with expertise in backend development using Java and/or Python and frontend development using Angular or React. The ideal candidate will play a role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance.

WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java/Python for backend and Angular/React or similar technology for frontend.
API Development & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party services, and optimize API performance.
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies in SQL or NoSQL databases.
Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and work with CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery.
Security & Performance Optimization: Implement security best practices and optimize application performance for scalability and reliability.
Code Review & Best Practices: Follow clean coding principles, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Java and/or Python for backend development.
Hands-on experience with Angular or React for frontend development.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines

Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code efficiently.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Collaboration & Communication:

Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with 3+ years of hands-on development experience will also be considered.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in backend technologies (Java and/or Python) and frontend frameworks (Angular or React).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
Healthcare Technology experience is a plus
