Overview:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Associate II for Florham Park Pediatrics, part of Atlantic Medical Group.
Monday -Friday with rotating Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Medical Office Associate greet patients, manage phones, schedule/confirm appointments, enter demographics & patient information
Verify insurance coverage, accurately complete necessary forms, collect co-pays, balance cash, maintain schedule in EMR system.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior administrative experience in a physician practice or medical environment required
Able to work flexible hours to accommodate physicians’ schedule
Computer literacy in Word and Excel helpful
Knowledge of computerized scheduling & EMR system preferred

Ability to process pre-certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases desired
