Enhabit is hiring a Medical Records Specialist & HR Designee for our home health branch in Norwood. This is a full time position and will be eligible for benefits.
Location: 1 Edgewater Drive, Norwood, Massachusetts 02062
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Best for new graduate (High School or College)
Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record.
- Provide clerical support and process signed and unsigned orders, 485’s, and other key documents.
- Ensure documents are saved to the patient medical record.

Assist the branch director to ensure that employees are supported related to important human resources needs and information.

Keep electronic personnel files up to date.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Six months of experience performing healthcare office functions is preferred.

Experience working with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is preferred.
