Medical Research Assistant/Intern

We are seeking a Medical Assistant Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be eager to learn about the medical field. This position will involve assisting with patient care, taking vital signs, preparing medical charts, and helping with administrative tasks. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians in patient care.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and other medical procedures.
• Record patient information accurately and completely.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist with the administration of medications and injections.
• Provide patient education on health topics and preventive care.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, filing, and answering phones.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
