We are currently seeking a full-time Practice Manager. This individual will lead, manage, and administer direction and guidance in all day-to-day clinical practice operations. Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. This is a hybrid role (remote and in-office) that will require time spent in the clinics and our corporate office. Essential Job Functions:
Operational Performance
Responsibility for patient safety by ensuring that clinic operations meet safety, quality, and industry standards
Optimizes clinic workflow by creating clinic efficiencies and monitoring all aspects within the clinic that affect flow and optimization
Responsible for promoting and instilling clinical team member trust by articulating and living our values
Holds all clinical team members (physicians, nurses, & clinical admin staff) accountable to the clinic standards of medical operations according to the orchestration of activities, behavior, processes, and procedures
Improves clinic profitability and stewardship by monitoring all aspects that affect profit and loss(P&L) within the clinic
Maintains appropriate clinic equipment, inventory, and relationship with vendors
Client and Patient Experience
Collaborates with the Strategic Account Managers, Physician Leads, and Nurse Leads to create client and patient value and satisfaction
Ensures patients receive quality care that improves health outcomes
Provides purpose-driven, people-focused honored and connected care through a unique patient experience in which patients feel connected to, trust toward, and known by their clinical care team
Collaborates with the physician and nurse leads to coach team members to use powerful interviewing to create relationships that transform patients’ attitudes, thoughts, behaviors, and health
Collaborate with the Strategic Account Managers to address client needs, provide recommendations, and report results to validate our value (meeting our value claims in a manner that matches/satisfies the client’s value propositions)
Provide insight and collaborate with the Director of Medicine and Director of Nursing on processes and procedures
Serves a single point of contact for client events where HBD participation is needed and assists in coordinating events for non-clinic locations as needed
Essential Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, and Masters’ degree preferred
Experience: Five years nursing administrative or management experience preferred but a combination of administrative or management experience with appropriate clinic experience will be considered; 3-5 years’ experience as a Practice Manager.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Preferred not Required): Texas Registered Nurse License, CMOM (Certified Medical Office Manager), or PMI (Practice Management Institute), or Lean Six Sigma.
