At MedScout, our mission is to empower MedTech commercial teams with the data, insights, and tools they need to deliver life-changing medical innovations to the patients who need them most. We’re creating a best-in-class revenue acceleration platform that unites the latest medical claims intelligence with an intuitive user experience built specifically for sales professionals at medical device and diagnostic companies.
We just closed a $15M Series A and we’re ready to bring on new team members to join our Customer Success team. We are looking for an expert in the Medical Device and/or Medical Technology space to join our Customer Success team as we take MedScout up market. This person will be responsible for helping us research, plan and execute roll out programs across our most strategic clients to ensure our customers are using MedScout as a core part of their commercial strategy. Internally, you’ll also be working closely with product to help advise on the product roadmap and the rest of the Go To Market team, Sales and Marketing, to ensure we are focusing on the right messaging across current and future accounts. You’ll be helping create the playbook that our CS team will be able to take and repeat across all our customer base. This is a role for a self-starter who wants to come in and roll up their sleeves.
You will lead high-level strategy sessions and platform rollout programs with key clients.
You’ll act as an industry expert, offering guidance and expertise to drive our customers success and progression throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to validate that feature development and roadmap prioritization effectively enables core commercial use cases.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Leadership and Product to create specific strategic playbooks for each user personas at our customers.
You will contribute to internal and external content, ensuring we are meeting the needs of MedTech Commercial teams.
You will play a key role in select sales conversations by helping the prospect understand how the platform will drive impact and establish those key relationships early on.
You have deep industry experience, with at least five years in a GTM role (marketing, product, sales) at a MedTech company.
You have a deep empathy for our customer and are incredibly customer centric - their wins are your wins.
You are a self starter who can take ownership of projects with minimal direction or supervision.
You have experience working with diverse company sizes, specifically in the MedTech industry.
You have a high degree of technical competence. You are comfortable with Saas products, light data analysis, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
You have strong presentation skills and have no problems speaking to a room full of people with varied backgrounds from C-level all the way to entry level employees.
You have a good head for business and think strategically so you understand the needs of other areas of the business.
At our stage, we believe how you operate is more important than what you’ll do day-to-day. As an early team member, we’re looking for individuals with strong alignment with the following core values.
Effort on our inputs: We prepare diligently, leave it all on the "field", and move on quickly. Focusing on good habits and work ethic, not individual outcomes, ultimately creates a winning culture and a successful company.
Earn Trust: We keep our commitments to our customers, partners, and each other. We listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully. We strive to demonstrate empathy, inclusion, and intellectual honesty.
Intelligence Drives Operations: We learn continuously and have the humility to quickly recognize when our assumptions are wrong so we can readjust accordingly.
Hire And Develop The Best: Good players like playing on good teams. We look to raise the bar with every hire and promotion. We work hard to identify and develop high potential.
Take Decisive Action: The only sure path to continuous improvement is a hypothesis-driven approach with a bias for speed of experimentation.
