Together, we can transform healthcare.Operations Leadership Development Program OverviewThe purpose of the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is to develop new and emerging engineering leaders by accelerating their careers and preparing them to lead Medtronic in the future.The OLDP represents the beginning of a talent pipeline that will develop into savvy, seasoned, skilled professionals populating the management ranks of Medtronic in the years to come. Throughout this 2-year program, you will gain a breadth of experience in multiple departments while being exposed to a variety of technical and business functions within Medtronic's Global Operations and Supply Chain space.As an emerging leader within the OLDP, you will also have exclusive access to strategic leaders and development opportunities while engaging in targeted learning activities that will enhance your knowledge of leadership and broaden your perspective of medical device manufacturing and operations.Following the conclusion of the two-year cycle, you will continue as a full-time Medtronic employee and transition to a new position elsewhere within Global Manufacturing (the exact position to be determined near the conclusion of the program, based on mutual best interest).A Day in the LifeThe Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a full-time, salaried, professional-level leadership training experience. In this program, you will rotate through three areas of manufacturing operations while working on-site at three different Medtronic locations. With each 8-month rotation, you will gain progressive responsibilities in your specific role and overall industry knowledge.
