In this role, candidates will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Finance, Total Rewards, and Sales Operations teams to develop and enhance tools to optimize processes and maximize productivity of the CST sales teams.This role offers an exciting, fast paced environment while providing an opportunity to expand your CST business acumen and further develop partnership and collaboration skills.The role acts as a critical support to maintenance of sales structure alignments, Sales Incentive Plan tracking and quarterly submissions, and other key initiatives to drive effective commercial execution.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Provides administrative support to the sales function such as preparing sales and / or expense forecasts, budgets and quotas;• Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.• Models territorial sales quotas in accordance with the profit plan.• Maintains on-line sales and marketing system, verifying the accuracy of the data and acting as liaison with information technology in identifying and resolving problems.• Instructs sales, marketing managers, field area managers, and support staff in accessing sales and marketing information.• Prepares and controls commission incentive budgets for a particular district or region.• Performs sales calculations on sales incentives.• May administer the field sales forecasting system, which provides management with current product sales potential.Must Have : Minimum Requirements• Bachelors degree required• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experienceNice to Have• PowerBI development skills• Data Analytics and Visualization skills• Data Modeling and problem-solving skills• Creative thinking skillsLast updated : 2024-08-31
