Principal Influencer Marketing / Executive Specialist - Remote at Medtronic in Minneapolis, MN

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States About the Role We are looking for a socially savvy, digitally curious Influencer Marketing Intern to assist with influencer and affiliate relations that support marketing efforts for our CPG business. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about the fast-paced influencer / ambassador landscape and socially savvy across Instagram and Tik Tok. This position works reports to our Head of Paid Media.Role & Responsibilities• Leverage Meta Ads Library, MBG’s following, affiliate networks, influencer search tools/agencies, and platforms to source influencers who align with our brand, target audience, and channel KPIs• Connect with influencers & management teams to receive rates, provide product, and secure creative assets• Coordinate influencer set-up in our affiliate and social advertising tools and ensure we provide a best-in-class experience for our partners• Work with in-house creative team for messaging and ad creation for applicable partners• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of talent and influencers that embody the culture and values of the mindbodygreen brand• Stay on top of current and emerging trends for influencers and social media platforms, specifically TikTok and Instagram• Maintain internal influencer database• Report on performance and provide optimization recommendations• Work cross-functionally with CX, paid marketing, and creative teams to maximize resultsRequirements• Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferably a senior)• Demonstrated interest in social media and content creator space with a knowledge of trends and tactics• Strong attention to detail and communication skills• A passion for well-being and the mindbodygreen mission• Availability for 20 hours per week, with the possibility to expand commitment• Salary: minimum wageThis offer from "mindbodygreen.com" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 79% flex score.
