Marketing Generalist ( Google Ads Specialist )

BIZVA is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Generalist with a specialization in Google Ads to join our team. As a Marketing Generalist at BIZVA, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients. We are a company committed to excellence and resiliency, with a passion for helping our clients achieve their marketing goals. You will also be working with the CEO directly.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for the client's company across various industries
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive relevant and high-quality website traffic
• Maintain and manage email sequences
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising
• Report Marketing Analytics to the CEO
• Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization

• 4 years of experience as a Marketing Generalist with a specialization in Google Ads
• In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization
• Experience with keyword research tools and optimizing campaigns for high-quality traffic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Google Ads certification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working for a professional service type of business (Attorneys, CPA/Marketing for Law or Accounting firm) is highly preferred.
