Marketing Specialist (Part time)

BizVA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating targeted lists, scrubbing databases, and developing marketing strategies. This role involves utilizing your expertise in Excel and Google Sheets to support marketing campaigns and streamline outreach processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Market Analysis & List Creation:
    • Analyze market segments and customer data to create lists based on the specific needs of each target audience.
    • Identify key demographics and other criteria to build tailored lists for various marketing initiatives.
  • Database Management & Scrubbing:
    • Scrub and clean databases to ensure accuracy and remove outdated or incorrect information.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity to optimize marketing outreach efforts.
  • Marketing Plan Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and plans for approaching each target list.
    • Research and identify the best methods and channels to engage with different segments of the target audience.
  • Email Sequence Creation:
    • Design and implement email marketing sequences to nurture leads and drive engagement.
    • Track the performance of email campaigns and optimize content for higher conversions.
  • Excel & Google Sheets Expertise:
    • Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions for data analysis, list management, and reporting.
    • Create and maintain spreadsheets that track campaign performance, list generation, and other marketing metrics.
  • Strong background in lead generation.
  • Proven experience in creating target lists and scrubbing databases.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Expertise in using Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
  • Experience in creating email sequences and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable marketing plans.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Google Ads experience
