Payroll and Financial Accountant
Melio USA, a fintech company, is looking for a Payroll and Financial Accountant with experience in US payroll processing and using ADP. The role involves ensuring payroll compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting accounting activities.
Skills
- 4-5+ years of Accounting experience with US payroll focus
- Proficiency in ADP and Netsuite preferred
- Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Process bi-monthly payrolls for US employees
- Review and verify employee timekeeping records
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams
- Investigate payroll budget discrepancies
- Support accounting-related activities
