About the role: #LI-Hybrid

K Health has recently formed a Member Activation team! In this role, you will play a key part in K's exciting growth plan by leading the day to day management of the outreach and engagement with customers over the phone and enroll them into primary care membership with K Health.

You will manage the team, the processes, quality assurance, and training - being accountable for the team's goals, metrics and key performance indicators. You will draw on your high volume sales leadership experience in this important impactful role supporting the growth of K Health.

What you'll do:

  • Manage the day to day operations and execution of the Member Activation team
  • Recruit, train, and oversee the performance of tele-sales representatives
  • Set daily, weekly, monthly targets for tele-sales staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring the performance of the sales team
  • Scripting and quality assurance functions for the team
  • Deliver an excellent member experience over the phone as members as the team activates into K Health programs and provider visits
  • Develop new ideas and approaches to sell members and explain the benefits of the K Health programs
  • Ensure the team remains up to date and in compliance with all policies and applicable laws and regulations including HIPAA
  • Develop, maintain, test and manage new ideas, business rules and best practices
  • Compile and present sales reports to manage leads and improve close ratios.
  • Determine additional areas of opportunity to increase memberships in existing flows and the potential for new ideas/programs/flows
  • Operationally support, strategically design and lead the development and execution of new launches
  • Manage department reporting needs and track results on a daily basis across all critical KPI's
  • Develop relationships with leadership of Customer Experience team members to ensure smooth member experience across all member touch points

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience managing teams and processes in a high volume sales environment
  • Proven sales leader with a track record of leading high achieving sales teams
  • Experience managing sales team and direct experience in sales via outbound phone sales a nice to have
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience training skills and experience developing team members
  • Strong process management, project management and operations skills
  • Well rounded skill set with comfort level working strategically, creatively, operationally, analytically and tactically
  • Experience managing metrics and developing solutions and strategies to meet and exceed the team's key performance indicators
  • Experience and/or exposure to Health Care preferred

Compensation:

$107,000—$130,000 USD

K Health offers competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
