THE PRIMARY DUTIES OF OUR MEMBER SERVICE COUNSELORS ARE TO:

  • Meet, greet and serve the members who come in to the office for service.
  • Provide prompt, and efficient service to all members, non-members and coworkers.
  • Direct customer traffic to ensure that all members and customers are taken care of within the company standards time frame.
  • Provide members with travel planning, information, assistance and guidance including maps and touring publications.
  • Offer and book car and hotel reservations based on the customers’ needs.
  • Assist members with AAA services and questions including, cash transactions, membership questions, and other services in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Accurately collect, record, and reconcile monies collected on behalf of AAA Colorado.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: * At least one year of prior retail customer service and sales experience.

  • Working knowledge of personal computer, internet and competent keyboarding skills to accurately and effectively complete daily work assignments.
  • Strong communication, decision-making and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Previous experience handling and reconciling large cash transactions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
