Mental & Behavioral Health Coach

$3000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with childcare programs and families.
• Provide behavior coaching on site at childcare programs/family child care homes for young children with challenging behaviors
• Provide support and modeling regarding behavior management strategies.
• Provide support, training, and resources regarding classroom management techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individual behavior support plans.
• Access resources to appropriately answer questions and provide guidance to staff and parents.
• Provide information, written resources, and referral information to assigned cases.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (9-5 or 8-4)

Experience

• 2 year(s): Experience working with young children with challenging behaviors and/or mental health issues

Education

• Bachelors or better in Psychology or related field

Licenses & Certifications

• MA Driver's License
