The Role

Are you an up-and-coming finance professional looking to make a significant impact and develop your career quickly? We are seeking a high energy and talented individual to join our team as a key player in our finance team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations, and be key support to our Head of Finance. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and are ready to roll up your sleeves to drive operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain the day-to-day accounting, tax and financial reporting operations, supporting the Head of Finance in the smooth execution.
  • Prepare and complete the month-end close, including preparation of journals, management accounts and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Support the Head of Finance with the year-end accounts, tax and audit requests from the auditors.
  • Work closely with the AP/AR Contractor and ensure working capital is being managed effectively.
  • Prepare filings for all relevant tax regulations; VAT, PAYE, PSA, US Sales tax returns.
  • Support the Head of Finance with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Support internal teams with finance questions and requests, ensuring that teams understand finance concepts and processes.
  • Support the Head of Finance with the financial information requests resulting from our SAP Partnership. 
  • Support the finance team and become a key team member as we continue to grow.

We'd really like to hear from you, if you...

  • Qualified accountant, with solid financial accounting standards and tax experience / knowledge. FP&A experience is a bonus. Attention to detail is key.
  • You are high energy and action orientated, willing to roll your sleeves up to get into the details and you want to grow your career quickly.
  • You are curious and proactive, wanting to use your initiative to improve business processes and performance.
