To help us fuel accelerated growth, we are looking for an experienced Merchant Services Representative.


What to expect:

  • Email & Phone support
  • Information support to existing merchants
  • Merchant account reporting, instruction, and operation support
  • Provide support to Account Management & Sales teams.
  • Working with Compliance team, Payments team, Legal and IT
  • Work between 9 AM - 5 PM.


Your Profile:

  • Understand that this area of the company is extremely high profile; therefore, professional communication skills, both written and oral, are of paramount importance.
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Ability to form professional yet personable relationships with merchant contacts.
  • Professionally deal with confidential information
  • Desire to achieve “next level” merchant services standards.
  • Strong independent decision-making and organizational skills
  • Problem solver
  • Conflict/complaint resolution skills
  • Agility and flexibility in the workplace
  • Able to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Can work unsupervised
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Achievement and performance expectations are high, and the successful candidate will be challenged by this fast pace and highly energized environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present themselves in a professional manner.
