As a Dutch speaking recruiter, you will be instrumental in connecting talented candidates with exciting job opportunities while utilizing your language skills. Our company provides comprehensive training and support to ensure your success as part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for various job vacancies using various tools and channels.
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and online platforms to assess their interest and qualifications.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings to identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate interactions in our recruitment database.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge in recruitment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- No previous recruitment experience is required; a strong desire to learn and grow is essential.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
- Interest in understanding the recruitment process and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Available for a 3 month fully paid training in Greece
