- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, providing exceptional candidate experience and timely feedback.
- Maintain organized records of recruitment processes and candidate interactions using our systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong understanding of various industries and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing and tracking efforts.
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects effectively in a remote working setup.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
