💼 Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner
📍 Location: Remote (Preferably within EMEA, GMT+1)
📝 Employment Type: Freelance (Must be able to invoice)
💰 Compensation: Commission-based per successful placement
Your Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Source & attract top-tier English-speaking candidates through job boards, social media, and your own network
✔ Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, language proficiency, and suitability for various roles
✔ Work closely with our senior team to ensure successful placements
✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities
✔ Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
✔ Keep ATS records updated with detailed candidate profiles for future reference
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Fluency in English (spoken and written) – non-negotiable
🔹 Full-time availability
🔹 Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, and recruiting English-speaking talent (especially in SaaS, BPO, or multilingual sectors)
🔹 Own access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator (minimum) with at least 10,000 connections
🔹 Excellent communication & people skills with a proactive, results-driven approach
🔹 Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently
🔹 Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills
🔹 Experience using ATS and recruitment software
