In this vital Entry Level role, you will provide essential support to our German-speaking clients, helping them navigate and optimize their use of our business software and CRM solutions, which are designed to enhance their operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will include offering tailored consultations, conducting effective training sessions, and troubleshooting any technical queries clients may have. Through your dedication to client service, you will help foster strong relationships and ensure their success with our software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries related to business software and CRM systems
  • Guide clients through the selection and implementation processes of appropriate solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to facilitate effective usage
  • Provide timely resolutions for technical issues and support requests
  • Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive support records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and recommend service improvements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
