Performance Marketing Specialist

Mercury is a financial technology company looking for a Performance Marketer to join their Marketing Org. The role involves launching, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to support the company's growth goals.

Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, OTT Video, etc.
  • Curiosity about testing new concepts, audiences, and creatives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical approach utilizing data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

  • Work across a variety of platforms and projects
  • Assist with day-to-day management and reporting of paid strategies across platforms
  • Understand, review, QA, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns
  • Surface new opportunities for testing and collaborate within the team for continuous optimization
  • Actively participate in team planning sessions and contribute new ideas and creative projects concepts
  • Partner with the creative team to plan testing and source required assets
  • Perform regular account audits around keyword coverage and creative performance
