Senior Accountant

Merge is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team and assist in preparing day to day corporate accounting operations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Experience with financial audit preparation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software systems
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Project management experience

Responsibilities

Perform month-end and year-end close activities
Assist in financial statement preparation
Drive process improvements for efficiency
Oversee accounts payable functions
Manage Revenue and Accounts Receivable processes
Support new system implementations
Assist in annual financial statement audit preparation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA or equivalent required
