MERGE is looking for a Lead, Digital Designer to play a key role in shaping client's digital presence, driving engagement through compelling visual experiences, and fostering collaboration within the team.

Skills

5+ years designing interactive solutions
Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns
Experience with design systems and atomic design methodology
Comprehensive understanding of UX principles
Enthusiasm for collaboration with cross-functional teams
Expertise in design and prototyping tools
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Solid understanding of front-end development impact on design

Responsibilities

Contributing to design planning and execution
Managing small teams and projects
Refining design concepts based on feedback
Ensuring consistency across all design deliverables
Providing strategic direction in design activities
Collaborating with developers and other team members
Proactively mentoring fellow designers
Advocating for the end-user
Leading by example through strong work ethic
Supporting accessibility and inclusion
Staying current with latest design trends
Client engagement and presenting designs

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Design or related field
