Responsibilities

Assist in all facets of account services and client management
Participate in internal and client status meetings
Communicate client feedback to agency team
Manage projects through client review process
Monitor the financial status of accounts
Approve billing and invoices

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
